Diane Kepus -- Trans-Pacific Partnership - New World Order Utopia

Diane Kepus -- Trans-Pacific Partnership - New World Order Utopia

Most
Americans are aware of how much damage NAFTA (thank you Heritage Foundation)
has done to the economy of this country through the loss of jobs and
American industries.
But
someone is playing some dangerous games here and what they are doing
is playing with our livelihood and the very existence of the American
Family and our sovereignty.
The
Trans-Pacific
Partnership
is a secretive, multinational trade agreement that
threatens to extend restrictive intellectual property (IP) laws across
the globe and rewrite international rules on its enforcement. The
focus of this trade agreement is between the countries of US, Japan,
Australia, Peru, Malaysia, Vietnam, New Zealand, Chile, Singapore,
Canada, Mexico, and Brunei Darussalam. The TPP also contains a chapter
on intellectual property covering copyright, trademarks, and patents.
This
document has grown to 5,544 pages long – longer than the “Gang
of Eight (RUBIO) immigration bill and Obamacare combined. It weighs
over 100 pounds yet is the most secretive document in the history
of this country.
Dangers:
1) Intellectual Property Chapter: Leaked draft texts of the agreement
show that the IP chapter would have extensive negative ramifications
for users’ freedom of speech, right to privacy and due process,
and hinder peoples' abilities to innovate.
(2)
Lack of Transparency: The entire process has shut out multi-stakeholder
participation and is shrouded in secrecy.
This
country does not need any more trade agreements especially those that
will move more jobs out of the country or saturate our country with
more foreign, cheaply made goods. But the TPP goes further than just
trade agreements raising significant concerns about citizens’
freedom of expression, due process, innovation, the future of the
Internet’s global infrastructure, and the right of sovereign
nations to develop policies and laws that best meet their domestic
priorities. In sum, the TPP puts at risk some of the most fundamental
rights
that enable access to knowledge for the world’s
citizens.
I
believe it is important for Americans to understand the TPP and the
long standing TPA. Where does Congress have their heads and just who
are they working for? I guess we found that out with all the corporate
money
that flowed into the hands of several Senate members for
casting yes votes for the passing of the TPA. Does this mean they
can be bought and we are correct in referring to them as “corporate
whores”? You betcha! I hope those of you who are missing the
Bushes in the White House read this very carefully.
The
Trade Promotion Authority (TPA): The TPA was created by the Nixon
administration (along with globalist Henry Kissinger) as a temporary
yet extremely controversial transfer of authority
from the Congress to the President, giving the President
the power and authority to negotiate international agreements. Fast
Track Negotiating Authority, as it was formerly known, prohibits
Congress from amending (or filibustering) any trade deal created by
the President. It was first written into the Trade Act of 1974, Section
151–154 (19 U.S.C. 2191–2194) and passed by Congress.
Set to expire in 1980, it was extended for another eight years under
the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.
In
1988, the Fast Track Negotiating Authority was renewed again, this
time serving as the mechanism that ushered in the General Agreement
on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), the World Trade Organization (WTO), and
ultimately the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the
U.S.-Canada Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA). Note that this was the general
time period of the George H.W. Bush administration.
(Important
to note: Mack McLarty, chief of staff for Bill Clinton, served as
Clinton's "special envoy to the Americas," in which capacity
he was a key mover and shaker in the creation of NAFTA and the yet
to be implemented Free Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA), which also
originated from David Rockefeller. McLarty was a top official at the
1994 Miami Summit of the Americas which laid the groundwork for this
Trade bloc.
Perhaps
importantly and arguably the most significant push of the TPA was
by George W. Bush, who continued his father’s
“New World Order” legacy by making Fast Track part of
his campaign platform in 2000. Early during his first term, Bush spoke
at the Council of the Americas (May 2001), a group founded by globalist
David Rockefeller in 1965. It is relevant, if not
critical to note that Henry Kissinger is a member
of the Council of the Americas, a group that was instrumental in getting
the TPA passed again. The Fast Track Authority passed the House by
a mere three votes at 3:30 a.m. on July 27, 2002, the Senate on August
1, 2002, as part of the Trade Act of 2002.
The
Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP): The TPP began in 2005 under the leadership
of George W. Bush as the Trans-Pacific Strategic Economic Partnership
Agreement (TPSEP or P4). At present, twelve countries are involved
in the proposed trade deal, including: The United States, Mexico,
Canada, Brunei, Singapore, New Zealand, Vietnam, Chile, Australia,
Peru, Japan, and Malaysia. Obama quickly became a proponent of both
the TPP and the TPA as he began his tenure in the Oval Office.
The
TPP is being negotiated under heavy secrecy, with criminal penalties
for anyone who leaks information about the agreement to the public.
Nonetheless, there have been several leaks that indicate the TPP involves
far more than normal trade agreements, and will be the framework for
a “New World Order” that begins with a “New Financial
Order” anchored by the TPP. It is important to understand that
the TPP will involve nearly two-thirds of the world’s economy
as it currently stands.
The
World’s Trojan Horse: With information first leaked by Wikileaks
in 2013, it is very apparent this whole thing is a huge step to the
“New World Order” which also includes the formation of
the North American Union (also started under George W. Bush) and Obamacare
in the TPP framework.
The
TPP calls for restrictions on “trademarks, patents, copyrights
and other geopolitical indicators”. It also details U.S. corporate
control regarding the three most important things to mankind: health,
land use, and the environment.
The
most frightening part about this is it will control both small arms
and immigration into the US while giving over Articles of the United
States Constitution to world arbitrating bodies.
The
TPP appears to be one of the most important end-game mechanisms to
the New World Order and to carry this off “THEY” must
first destroy “OUR” national sovereignty. If you truly
take an honest look at this and the future North
American Union
you will understand all the lies told us by our
presidents in closing the southern border.
Elizabeth
Warren has come out swinging against Obama (she is not one of my favorites
but she is right on this issue) on the TPP deal. The whole deal itself
has been treated like the largest national security agreement to ever
hit our shores. But it is NOT a national security agreement, but it
IS the largest secret in recent years. We haven’t heard details
about it because even most of the elected Congress doesn’t know
what is in it. We aren’t even sure the President knows, just
that he is agreeing with the corporations pushing for it.
Corporate
Whores who have pushed and pushed to control every aspect of the American
way of life for years upon years are intending to pass this legislation.
Once again I see the elected legislators refusing to follow the will
of the people and vote against this monster.
Warren
stated, “Are you ready to fight? No more secret deals. No more
special deals for multinational corporations. Are you ready to fight?
Are you ready to fight any more deals that say we are going to help
the rich get richer and leave everyone else behind? Are you ready
to fight back?"
Since
the draft text of the agreement has never been officially released
to the public, we know from leaked documents, such as the May 2014
draft of the TPP
Intellectual Property Chapter
, US negotiators are pushing for
the adoption of copyright measures far more restrictive than currently
required by international treaties, including the controversial Anti-Counterfeiting
Trade Agreement (ACTA).
You
MUST ask yourself if the TPP is supposedly as great for Americans
as the legislators are saying, then why is everything being done BEHIND
CLOSED DOORS.
I
don’t care if there are rich people in this country –
what I do care about is those that have the money and think they have
the RIGHT to destroy our country and make our citizens robotic followers
into their COLLECTIVE mindset rather than ‘we the people’
being INDIVIDUALS.
